AgentPick ("we") runs this website and the AgentPick Weekly newsletter. We are the data controller for the personal data described here.

What we collect and why

Cookies and analytics
We set no cookies and run no analytics or tracking scripts. Fonts and tool logos are served from our own domain, so loading a page doesn't contact third parties. See the Cookie Policy.
Processors
Vercel Inc. (hosting, serverless functions and server logs) and Resend (email sending and receiving, subscriber list and waitlist). We don't process payments. Some of them may process data outside the UK, EU or UAE. Where they do, transfers rely on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses / the UK IDTA.
Retention
Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe, then removed within 30 days, apart from a suppression record so we don't email you again. Waitlist entries are kept until Featured Listings launch, or for 12 months, or until you ask us to remove them, whichever comes first. We don't sell personal data.
Your rights
Under the GDPR and UK GDPR you can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and object to processing. You can withdraw consent at any time. Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) you have similar rights to access, correct, delete, and restrict or stop processing. To use any of these, email us. You can also complain to your local supervisory authority (for example, the ICO in the UK or your EU data protection authority).
Children
This site isn't directed at children under 16.
